DVD Package – R150 per DVD

• 2 Videographers
• 1 Pack Dvd | Video of event
• If photography of the event is required the cost will be R150 (Video) +  R50 (Photos) per Link

USB Package – R180 per USB

Includes:

• 2 Videographers
• 1 Copyrighted Usb | Video of event
• If photography of the event is required the cost will be R180 (Video) +  R50 (Photos) per Link

Terms & Conditions

• No filming fee is charged to the school/organizer.
  • Unless the filming time of the event is long than 2 hours, after which an hourly filming rate will be charged to the school/organizer.
• Minimum of 30 Links/DVD/USB’s must be ordered from Masson Media.
• Packages include
  • 2 Videographers Filming the event
  • Video Editing
  • If DVD Package chosen: DVD cover design; DVD Packaging
  • If Link Package chosen: Website Branded according to organisations identity where orders must be placed.
• You are welcome to mark-up the price of the Link/DVD/USB’s for the school/organisation to also make money.
• Final Link/DVD/USB order must be sent to Masson Media no later than 1 week after the concert/event took place. Link/DVD/USB production will only start once full payment has been received.
• If concert is longer than 2 hours, additional filming fees will be incurred by the school.
• Orders must be handled by the event organiser/school. Masson Media does not take any orders from individuals or the public only one bulk order from the school/organizer.
• Link/DVD/USB’s will be delivered 2 weeks from when Masson Media receives full payment for the Link/DVD/USB order.
• If the venue for the concert/event is more than 50km from Witbank, a travel fee will be charged.
